Valentine's Day Dinner

Wednesday, February 14, 6:00-8:00pm

For the most romantic day of the year, Chef Vicky Regia serves diners a delectable three course meal:

 

Appetizers:

•  Roasted red pepper and tomato soup
•  Caramelized onion, pear and blue cheese tart
•  Strawberry citrus salad with blood orange and dark chocolate vinaigrette

Entree:

•  Roasted pork tenderloin with balsamic fig cherry sauce, served with red wine infused Israeli couscous and roasted lemon garlic asparagus
•  Chocolate pasta with rosemary almond crusted chicken breast, drizzled with tangy cherry pomegranate sauce
•  Scallops with champagne butter sauce over butterfly pea flower infused couscous, served with roasted lotus roots and micro greens
•  Vegetarian: seasoned and roasted vegetable ‘roses' over buttered pureed peas

 

Desserts:

•  Japanese cotton cake with fresh berries, honey and whipped cream
•  Aztec chocolate trifle – chocolate lava cake with Aztec chocolate sauce, house made cinnamon vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and topped with chili infused chocolate shavings
•  Honey berries parfait: house made honey ice cream, fresh berries, berries caviar and whipped cream
